Province Polemarch's Corner

Greetings Brothers of the Great Western Province,

I begin my remarks by thanking the brothers of the Gamma Eta and Tacoma Alumni Chapters for an excellent job hosting the 68th Western Province Council. Of course I would be remiss if didn't recognize Tacoma Alumni Polemarch and General Chairman, Brother Lindsey Williams, for going above and beyond. Kudo’s Brothers, job well done.

The Western Province Express has left the station. Our next stop will be New Orleans, LA. The 82nd Grand Chapter will be historic on so many fronts. We will elect the 33rd Grand Polemarch that will lead Kappa Alpha Psi to the next level.

Sr. Grand Vice Polemarch, Thomas L. Battles, Jr. has announced his candidacy for the office of Grand Polemarch. Brother Battles is the right Brother at the right time for this opportunity. The Western Province has endorsed his candidacy, and that of his entire team, without reservation.

At the 82nd Grand Chapter we have the opportunity to elect the first Jr. Grand Vice Polemarch from the Western Province since Brother Stephen McClendon was elected to that office in 1973. Brother Chastin Gammage, Immediate Past Western Province Board Member, and Polemarch, Delta Rho Chapter, was asked by Brother Battles to join his team as a candidate for the office of Jr. Grand Vice Polemarch. With your demonstrated support Brother Gammage will be successful.

Brother Gammage cannot do it alone. We will need to pull out all stops to support Brother Gammage’s candidacy. You will notice there is a button on our website that allows you to make a contribution to support Brother Gammage. I urge you to make your contribution today.

As I look forward to the 82nd Grand Chapter, I must take a look back and thank you all for what we have accomplished so far. The future of the Western Province looks bright.  Let’s continue that momentum.

Thanks Nupes, appreciate you all.

Keep Achieving!!!
