  • Fri, Feb 02 deadline for EARLY registration & payment to be received 

  • Sun, Feb 11 deadline to submit proposed amendments to Province Keeper of Records 

  • Fri, Mar 09 deadline for awards nominations to be received by Achievement Commission
                        deadline for Province Keeper of Records to publish proposed amendments 

  • Sun, Mar 11 deadline to book a hotel room at group rate (subject to availability) 

  • Sat, Mar 17 deadline to submit delegate or proxy form 

  • Sat, Mar 24 deadline for REGULAR registration & payment to be received (on-site rates begin Mar 25) 

  • Thu, Apr 05 credentials due, including delegate or proxy forms 

  • Wed, Apr 11 first day of Membership Training Academy (MTA) 

  • Thu, Apr 12 first business session (submissions to Nominations Committee due by close of session)

Regular registration* (payment received between Feb. 3 and Mar. 24)

On-site registration* (payment received after Mar. 24)

* Official souvenirs must be purchased in advance; as such, registrations received March 25th and after are not guaranteed an official souvenir.


Rooms are 

Group rates are $109 per night plus tax for single occupancy, and $119 per night plus tax for double occupancy. To make a reservation, visit the hotel's group booking page here, or call (909) 980-0400. The deadline to book at the group rate is Sunday, March 11th or until the group block is sold out whichever comes first.


Province award applications must be received by March 9th, 2018. Awards criteria can be downloaded here:

The Jack Sudduth Memorial Golf Tournament and Luncheon will take place on Wednesday, April 11th. Golfers can complete the registration form, and find event details plus an electronic payment option here
