Constitution and Bylaws

The Constitution & Bylaws Committee is responsible for review of proposed amendments to two documents: (a) the Bylaws of the Western Province, and (b) the Constitution and Statutes of Kappa Alpha Psi (C&S: Article XXXIV, Section 2). Every chapter may have one representative on the Committee, which will review all submissions and submit its recommendations to the Council.

To be eligible for consideration, proposed Bylaws changes must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the Council meeting, and in turn, must be distributed to chapters by the Province Keeper of Records at least 30 days before the Council (WP Bylaws: Article XXI).
