Keeper of Exchequer
The Keeper of Exchequer is responsible for the finances of the Western Province, as prescribed in Article VIII of the Western Province Bylaws. Questions or concerns should be directed to the Keeper of Exchequer, Brother Gregory Black, who can be contacted at koe@kapsi-western.org or (818) 314-9267.

87th Grand Chapter Meeting Assessment
To finance the costs associated with hosting the Grand Chapter Meeting, the Western Province established an assessment at the 72nd Western Province Council; all alumni chapters must contribute the following amounts by September 30, 2024 (the end of the 2023-24 fraternal year):
Large (61 or more members): $2,000
Medium (31 to 60 members): $1,500
Small (30 or fewer members): $500
Chapters will receive a report of how much, if any, of the assessment they have paid to date. To complete the payment, send the remaining balance via one of the following methods:
