The Western Province seeks to comprehensively document its history and that of its chapters, and to share those histories via publications and at its Founders Day events. To realize this goal, we have (1) set up target dates for chapters to research and compile their histories, and (2) established a repository and guidelines for chapters to make their submissions.
We ask that each chapter research, review, and update the content of their chapter archives; and consult with senior members of the chapter for historical information and items (for example, old photos, fliers, program books, etc.)

Fill out the form to provide your chapter history. Please note the items and their corresponding due dates below. Some line items will require frequent updating as the status changes (e.g. Item 2.1 Chapter Polemarchs). International Headquarters may be helpful in identifying some chapter information such as charter members of record; IHQ can be contacted at (888) KAP-1911.Update/maintain chapter content as needed
Save updates and files (photos, documents, etc.) to your chapter's history folder.
